Tropical Smoothie Recipe with Fruits and Veggies


2 Oranges
1.5 cups coconut water (with pulp for extra fiber)
juice of one lime
1 avacado
1.5-2 cups of greens (romaine if you are a green smoothie newbie, spinach or watercress if you are ready for more!)
~Blend greens together first, then add other ingredients. I like to drink it just room temp, but if the taste is still strong, try refrigerating an hour or two. This recipe makes ~2 smoothies, and if my husband doesnt eat the other one, they keep 2-3 days in the refrigerator in a mason jar :)
