Power Smoothie with Energy Booster


2 T chia seeds
2 cups almond milk
1 mango
1/2 avacado
2 cups of spinach or watercress
~Blend greens together first, then add other ingredients. I like to drink it just room temp, but if the taste is still strong, try refrigerating an hour or two. This recipe makes ~2 smoothies, and if my husband doesnt eat the other one, they keep 2-3 days in the refrigerator in a mason jar :)
