Papaya Oh-my! Smoothie

1.5-2 cups red papaya

1 large banana
·
1 english or Indian cucumber(no waxy skin so you
can use the whole thing!)

¼ cup fresh mint J
·
½ cup coconut water
Blend all ingredients together until well combined and mint is completely
broken down. Enjoy!
