Papaya Oh-my! Smoothie


Juicy red papaya, full of potassium, vitamin C, folate and lycopene blends together deliciously with banana and cucumber to make a filling breakfast smoothie.  Add a dash of fresh mint and voila!

Papaya Oh-my! Smoothie
·         1.5-2 cups red papaya
·         1 large banana
·         1 english or Indian cucumber(no waxy skin so you can use the whole thing!)
·         ¼ cup fresh mint J
·         ½ cup coconut water
Blend all ingredients together until well combined and mint is completely broken down. Enjoy!
