Hello Friends,
So a little bit of a crazy weekend, but wanted to let you know:
I had Zeal over the weekend for breakfasts, and I had a cheat meal Saturday night....tacos, yum! The day of my cheat meal, I had a race, and Sunday I just went on a walk. I wanted everyone to notice than even on this plan, you can have a weekly rest day and cheat meal, your body needs a break too!
Other than that, very similar to other days, salad and some healthy snacks. Good news: I'm right on schedule...today I'm officially down .5% body fat, and 2.5 pounds. I didnt have the resources over the weekend to make my healthy smootthies, but the Zeal really helped me stay on track. :)
