Day 5


Hello Friends,
Hope you all had a great first week! Today was really interesting....my husband and I tried Zeal For Life drink today, and I gotta say, we loved it. I still think fiber wise it is better to get your nutrients from fruits and veggies in a breakfast smoothie, but if you are ever in a pinch, check these nutrition facts out...they even give you omega 3 and 6 :) I had one at 7 am this morning and lasted till 2pm lunch not feeling even a little hungry, and I really loved that the ingredients are natural, with no soy (which can be hormone altering), and have a lot of the nutrients found in plants and fruits....you  might want to check it out!
I've been excited about this product for awhile now, and was finally able to try it.  I honestly think this is a good enough product to mention to you guys, if you ever want a free sample let me know! You can also head over to my website to try it for yourself :)

I am doing a 5k tomorrow, so I really tried to put most of my carbs/protein at dinner :)
