10 pounds 30 days

hello and welcome to my lose ten pounds in thirty days blog! The next 30 days I am going to be posting my own personal diet and workout schedule, along with tips and recipes. My goal will be to lose ten pounds in a healthy way, while keeping my energy up and building lean muscle.

what this is: a detailed example of meal timing and health eating that targets fat loss.

what this isnt: a crash diet to lose water weight with no exercise and no taste buds.

note: I am not a doctor, psychiatrist, or nutritionist. I have a certification in fitness nutrition, but I cant prescribe to you meal plans or advise for medical conditons. I am just a personal trainer (some call me mean and evil) with a passion to motivate you to feeling better through sweat and healthy choices! So follow along and tell me how you do!
